Iberia has made a number of voice-activated functionalities available to customers, on its website and via mobile devices on either iOS and Android.
This means that Iberia’s chatbot, which can provide information on flight status, baggage, special services and more, can now be used by asking it questions out loud.
Amazon’s Alexa will also have an Iberia skill, along with Google Home and Google Assistant, both of which can provide users with information on their flight status, and how many Avios are needed for a destination, among other things.
