Angola’s flag carrier, TAAG, plans to up its flight frequency between Madrid and Luanda from November 1.

The airline said in a statement that it would add a flight on Tuesdays in response to increasing demand. The additional flight brings the number of weekly flights to three.

Flight DT680 will depart Luanda at 21h00 and arrive in Madrid at 05h20 the next day. Return flight DT681 will depart Madrid at 22h55 and arrive in Luanda at 05h20 the following day.

Cuba flights resume

The airline will also resume its flights to Havana from November 8. Flights will be operated by a Boeing 777-300, with two flights in November. In December and January, the airline will take advantage of the festive season and up the frequency to four flights a month. The schedule will revert to two flights a month in February.

Flight DT702 will depart Luanda at 22h00 and arrive in Havana at 05h30 the next day. Return flight DT703 will depart Havana at 11h30 and arrive in Luanda at 07h00.
