MSC Euribia has departed Dubai and is now en route to Northern Europe after safely transiting the Strait of Hormuz this weekend.
Several cruise ships, including MSC Euribia, Celestyal Journey and Celestyal Discovery, had been stranded in the Gulf region and were able to pass through the strait following a brief reopening.
According to MSC Cruises, MSC Euribia will resume its Northern Europe season sooner than previously anticipated. The cruise departing on May 16 from Kiel and May 17 from Copenhagen will operate as originally scheduled, with all subsequent sailings operating as planned.
