TAP rebrands loyalty program, upgrades products

Tap Air Portugal is rebranding its loyalty programme, and will also be upgrading its product offering.

Victoria Tap Air Portugal will be rebranded as Tap Air Portugal Miles&Go. With the new branding comes a range of new products namely Miles&Go Promo, Miles&Go Club, Miles&Go Gift and Miles&Go Bid which is further categorised into Miles&Go Business, Miles&Go Friends and Miles&Go Family. 

There will now also be four tier levels- status miles, status silver, status gold and status navigator. The latter will be by invitation by TAP Miles&Go only. Members eligible for status navigator must have obtained 125 000 status miles during the annual accrual period on customer account, and 20 segments TAP on plus, executive or top executive brands. They will also receive other exclusive benefits such as concierge service, extended miles expiration and same seating for family and friends. 

The first phase of rebranding is scheduled to start November 6 and phase two and three will begin in March and April 2019, respectively.
