The InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), in partnership with Leisure
Hotel Holdings (Pty) Ltd, has announced the signing of the first new
Holiday Inn in Cape Town in recent years. Currently operating as the
Strand Tower Hotel, the 242-room property will rebrand as a Holiday
Inn later this year
