The Travel Corporation brands – Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Contiki – will launch online travel quotes from December 17.
Agents will thus no longer need to call the reservations call centre for quotes.
“With our Rand Price Guarantee we haven’t needed to offer this service but we’ve listened to feedback from our agents and we’re only too happy to introduce technology that will make their lives easier,” says Theresa Szejwallo, md of The Travel Corporation.
“Once agents have their Trafalgar, Insight Vacations or Contiki quote they will be able to pass on the quote directly to their clients without having to draw one up themselves. Agents can also earn extra commission by booking online,” she adds
