Edelweiss is increasing its seasonal Zurich–Cape Town flights for the northern hemisphere winter 2025/26, from four to five weekly.

An Edelweiss spokesperson told Travel News that due to high demand for travel to Cape Town, the airline will expand its service.

Between October 27 and March 30, 2026, the airline will offer five weekly flights on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The airline previously operated four weekly winter seasonal flights on the route, as reported by Travel News.
