Travel Counsellors rolls out TC Co-Pilot

Travel Counsellors has launched an AI assistant called TC Co-Pilot to enhance productivity and deliver personalised customer experiences. Following a successful trial, the feature has now been rolled out globally.

TC Co-Pilot is a standalone interface that integrates through Travel Counsellors’ proprietary platform, Phenix.

The AI assistant offers specialised support on using Phenix and assists with key business tasks such as building itineraries, researching hotels, creating marketing materials and planning social media content.

Beyond operational efficiency, TC Co-Pilot adds a personal touch to the customer experience with features like tailored packing lists, local restaurant recommendations, and personalised welcome letters, allowing Travel Counsellors to focus on building client relationships.

Jon Bauer, Chief Technology Officer at Travel Counsellors, said: “Rather than replacing human expertise, TC Co-Pilot enhances it, giving our community the tools to work smarter and deliver even more meaningful, personalised service. This technology is designed to free up time, spark creativity and strengthen the relationships that sit at the heart of every exceptional travel experience.”

Future updates will include expanded itinerary options, enhanced performance insights and new creative tools to support the production of compelling marketing content.
