Two SA airports ranked in top 10

Cape Town International and OR Tambo International airports were recently placed in the top ten of AirHelp Score's global airport ranking in 2024.

AirHelp rates airports based on their on-time performance, customers' opinions of their services and food and shop options.

Cape Town International was placed second in the world, following Doha Hamad International. For its on-time performance, it achieved a score of 8,6 out of 10, while it received an 8,4 for customer opinion and 8,5 for food and shop options. Cape Town International was also named the best airport on the continent.

OR Tambo International came in sixth place globally, with 8,2 for its on-time performance, 8,3 for customer opinion and 8,4 for food and shop options.
