SAA extended the cancellations of flights on domestic and regional routes until Monday, November 18.
It reintroduced international flights on Sunday (yesterday).
SAA is working with its sister airline, Mango Airlines, to re-accommodate customers where possible on domestic routes.
Clients travelling to regional destinations, will be re-accommodated on Airlink where possible.
To accommodate rebookings for immediate travel, call centre hours have been extended from 06h00 to midnight, South African time.
Departures from SAA’s international stations, including; London, New York, Washington, Munich, Frankfurt and Hong Kong, were expected to operate from today.
The first departure from Perth, is expected to operate on Tuesday, November 19.
