Virgin Australia has partnered with OpenAI to make its flight details available to ChatGPT users to plan and shop for travel.
The airline will have access to new OpenAI capabilities, allowing customers to describe the travel they need or the trip they wish to take and then be directed to the most relevant Virgin Australia flight options.
Virgin Australia is building on the OpenAI platform, including creating ways to connect the Virgin Australia app directly to ChatGPT, using recently announced developer tools.
