WINE connoisseurs and gourmets can now sample some of the finest South African wine and learn more about the process of wine-making with the launch of Rosebank, Johannesburg's Park Hyatt Hotel Winemakers' Gourmet Dinner Festival this month.
The first festival will be held on the evening of April 11 where some of South Africa's top wine estates' winemakers will provide insight into the art and enjoyment of wine, while guests savour a four-course meal at No 191 at the Park Restaurant.
The festival will be held once a month over the next few months.
