Adventures by Disney, a subsidiary of Disney Experiences, has announced the launch of two new river cruise itineraries in Holland and Belgium in April 2025.

The Discover Holland and Belgium and Tulip itineraries will be seven-night roundtrips from Amsterdam. They will include excursions to visit windmills and museums, canal cruises, and culinary indulgences such as chocolate, cheese, waffles and beer-tasting.

The itinerary will include calls at Antwerp, Amsterdam, Bruges, Brussels, Ghent, Gouda, Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Utrecht. Excursions will include experiences such as a pilgrim walking tour in Rotterdam, a visit to the Utrecht Museum Speelklok and Castle de Haar, and an exploration of Brussels’ influence on comic books.

Guests on the Discover Holland and Belgium Tour will sail on the AmaStella during the northern summer season and the AmaViola during the northern winter holidays. Cruises begin on June 28, 2025, with fares for children starting at US$4 899 (R92 570) and $5 499 pps (R103 905) for adults.

The Tulip cruise will be offered once in April to coincide with the spring flowering season. Guests can explore Amsterdam, Antwerp, Ghent, Hoorn, Kinderdijk, Middelburg, Rotterdam, and Schoonhoven. A visit to one of the world’s largest flower gardens, Keukenhof, and the Floralia Brussels flower show and its one million tulip bulbs at the Castle of Grand Bigard are among the highlights.

Travellers on the Tulip tour on April 13, 2025, will sail on the AmaLucia. Cruise fares start at $4 899 (R92 570) for children and $5 499pps (R103 905) for adults.

Bookings open on January 19.
