Business-class travel between Paris and South Africa is now a gourmet experience!  Air France has new menus, crafted by Michelin-starred chefs, available on flights from Paris to Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Triple Michelin-starred chef Jérôme Banctel joins an esteemed group of chefs delivering an elevated French dining experience.

Each menu is a collaboration with French airline catering company Servair, focusing on seasonal local ingredients, responsibly sourced from France and sustainable fisheries.

The new menu features chicken with buttermilk sauce, buckwheat risotto with parsley oil, and haddock with a spiced carrot sauce and orange-ginger carrot variations. Vegetarian menus are also available.

For dessert, World Pastry Chef 2023 Nina Métayer continues her partnership with Air France, offering desserts such as a crunchy hazelnut caramel delight and a mango-coconut slice with a hint of lime.

In the Premium Cabin, Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Simonin will continue to showcase his art with refined dishes.

Michelin-level cuisine is also available to Air France customers in its airport lounges at Paris airports.
