Airlink enhances NDC with AirGateway

Airlink has partnered with a Berlin-based NDC aggregator, AirGateway, to make its NDC content fully available on the AirGateway platform.

The content will be made available to travel agencies using AirGateway's BookingPad agent desktop tool and AirGateway API. The platform will offer access to Airlink's inventory, including differential content and its exclusive NDC-only fares.

The content will be accompanied by end-to-end servicing functionalities, including the ability to manage the entire booking lifecycle, automated rebooks and refunds, and ancillary services such as seating and baggage.

AirGateway will provide real-time access to Airlink content with BSP Agency Cash and credit cards as supported forms of payment.

The platform says Airlink's content is aggregated alongside more than 35 other global NDC providers, allowing agencies to centralise content streams in one platform. This access delivers additional functionalities, such as automated back-office integration and traveller profile management solutions within AirGateway’s unified platform.
