Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas has opened its first luxury hotel resort in Malaysia.
Anantara Desaru Coast is situated on the south-eastern coastline of Johor Darul Ta’zim, 45 minutes from Senai International Airport.
There are 108 accommodation options, 90 of which are en-suite deluxe rooms, 13 double-storey units with one- and two-bedroom pool villas, and five family-sized three- and four-bedroom residences.
Facilities include a beachfront restaurant; observatory bar; a health and fitness centre; kids’ and teens’ clubs; two swimming pools; a conference centre; and dining options offering local Malay, Asian and international cuisine.
Desaru Coast also offers diving and island hopping and tours of the local area.
