ANEW Hotels & Resorts has bought shares in the Hilton Hotel, just outside Pietermaritzburg.
Clinton Armour, ceo of ANEW Hotels & Resorts, says: “With the Hilton Hotel in Hilton village, we have acquired another property strategically located at the gateway to the popular tourism area of the KwaZulu Natal Midlands.”
The property, previously called The Protea Hotel Hilton, is located near the Midlands Meander and has 97 guestrooms, daily housekeeping, an airport shuttle service and a conference centre.
“With this acquisition, we can give our guests a wonderful mountain, valleys and rivers experience with hiking, trail running, shopping and dining on the world-class Midlands Meander. These are just a few of the activities on offer,” says Clinton.
