The contemporary lifestyle art hotel brand, art'otel, opened the art'otel London Hoxton at 1-3 Rivington Street on April 24, and is set to open the art'otel Rome Piazza Sallustio before June.

The London property boasts interior design by Eyal Shaon and large-scale sculptures and murals by Dean Stockton, better known as D*Face.

Guests and the public can participate in the hotel's art'beat programme which includes events for the art, music, fashion, wellness and culinary industries.

The hotel has 357 rooms and 48 suites, a spa, a café and a cocktail bar. A destination restaurant will open later this year on the 25th floor. Other facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a skyline gym on the 26th floor. There are event spaces for up to 300 guests and a 60-seat auditorium.

The art'otel Rome Piazza Sallustio will open before June and will display pieces by the contemporary Rome artist, Pietro Ruffo, who has exhibited alongside brands such as Dior.

It will feature 99 rooms and suites, a fitness centre, a sauna, a destination restaurant and bar, and a large terrace art gallery.

A second art gallery and a creative meeting room will be available for hire for events and meetings.

These two new properties join existing art’otel properties in Amsterdam, Berlin, Zagreb, and Cologne.
