Avalon Waterways will offer four-, five- and six- day river cruises from 2020.
The sailings can be booked alone or in conjunction with private or group land tours through the Globus Family of Brands' Your Way programme, which links Avalon bookings with tours from sister companies Globus and Monograms.
The itineraries include a four-day Tastes of the Danube cruise between Budapest and Vienna, with prices starting at US$1 099 (R15 000); a five-day Taste of the Rhine cruise between Mainz, Germany, and Amsterdam, with prices starting at US$1 999 (R28 000) and a six-day Heart of Germany cruise sailing along the Main River and Main-Danube canal and ending in Nuremberg, with prices starting at US$2 099 (R29 000). All prices per person based on double occupancy.
All cruise itineraries sail on Avalon Waterways’ Suite Ships, which offer open-air balconies.
