To celebrate World Oceans Day, MSC Foundation Centre and MSC Cruises have announced the roll-out of their on-board ocean education programme.
The initiative is designed for children aged three to 17 and includes a range of interactive activities combining games and quizzes, workshops, drawing exercises and conservation challenges.
The programme will be available fleetwide, and children will have the opportunity to make a personal pledge to protect the ocean and receive an Ocean Ambassador Passport filled with practical actions to continue at home.
“By helping children and families build a deeper connection with the ocean, we hope to foster curiosity, responsibility and a lifelong commitment to caring for the marine world,” says Daniela Picco, Executive Director of MSC Foundation.
