Known for fostering innovation and cultivating high-performing teams, Rasebotsa has a proven track record of achieving remarkable results throughout her career, says Air Botswana.
With a background that spans notable roles at Debswana, Liberty Life, Botswana Life, Marsh, and Bidvest South Africa, Rasebotsa served as Managing Director of Liberty Life for a decade and as CEO of Bidvest Life for a year.
She holds a BSc Honours in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom.
