CemAir will have to wait until later this week for judgement from the High Court relating to its grounding by the South African Civil Aviation Authority on January 11.
Judgement on the issue was meant to be handed down on Monday, but the case was postponed. eTNW understands that a new judgement date has been set for Thursday, January 24, although this could not be confirmed.
CemAir has taken the matter to court seeking interim relief from the judge, which would allow the airline to resume operations.
