In a statement released on social media, CemAir announced that it had won its appeal against the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) for the unlawful grounding of its fleet and the suspension and subsequent cancellation of its operating certificates.
All notices issued by SACAA have been overturned by the Appeal Committee.
CemAir has said that it will provide further information and updates over the next few days.
