Since its South African launch in October 2019, Scenic Cruises and sister company, Emerald Waterways, have had a positive response to their online academy for travel agents.
It is organised and managed through South African GSA, Cruise Vacations, and about 100 consultants have registered for the dedicated cruising portal for South African travel consultants.
Interested agents can register online at the academy and complete a series of modules about Scenic and Emerald free of charge. Modules focus on unique selling points, specific destinations and new products.
New modules are added from time to time as product changes occur or new ships are announced/launched.
Once each module is completed, the agent receives a downloadable certificate of completion.
