Crystal Cruises reveals new itinerary

Crystal Expedition Cruises’ luxury yacht, Crystal Endeavor, will embark on a Northeast Passage journey from Anadyr, Russia, to Tromso, Norway, when it sets sail on a new itinerary from August 18 to September 15, 2021.

Bookings for Crystal Society members open today, with bookings for the extended public opening in March.

Highlighted destinations include: Unesco World Heritage Site, Wrangel Island; Franz Josef Land; the New Siberian Islands; Severnaya Zemlya, the last charted archipelago on earth; and Cape Chelyuskin on the Taimyr Peninsula.

Guests on the Northeast Passage journey will enjoy one-night pre-cruise hotel accommodation in Anchorage and a flight transfer to Anadyr on embarkation day.

The ship accommodates 200 guests and features expansive public spaces; all-suite, butler-serviced guest rooms; various dining options, a salon and spa and a fitness centre. Expedition-specific amenities and spaces include designated ‘mud rooms’ and a helicopter lounge.

Stops and shore-side access and activities will be largely dependent on weather and sea conditions. On-board activities, however, include expedition guides, presentations and seminars focusing on the unique nature and history of the region.

Crystal Endeavor is currently under construction at MV WERFTEN Shipyard in Stralsund, Germany.
