EK adds premium economy on MRU flights

Emirates will introduce its premium economy cabin on two of its three daily flights to Mauritius from September 1.

Premium economy will be available on flights EK703/704, operated by the A380, and flights EK709/710, operated by a retrofitted B777. 

The A380 flights will feature 76 business-class seats, 56 in premium economy and 437 economy-class seats. The Boeing 777 will offer 38 business-class seats, 24 in premium economy and 214 in economy class.

The premium economy cabin features a 50cm seat with generous leg-room and recline, a footrest, in-seat charging points, a side cocktail table and a 34cm entertainment screen.

The airline will also deploy its new A350 aircraft on flights EK344/345 between Dubai and Kuala Lumpur from September 1.

The aircraft offers 32 lie-flat business-class seats, 28 premium economy seats, and 238 seats in economy class.
