Emerald Cruises has unveiled a new 16-day itinerary that offers safaris in Kenya and a cruise to Seychelles aboard the 100-guest Emerald Sakara.
The eight-day cruise roundtrips from Mahé, stopping at Cousin, Praslin, La Digue, Curieuse, and Aride islands. The exploration of the islands focuses on the natural environment and unique biodiversity of the region.
Guests then fly from Mahé to Nairobi where they are taken on a guided drive through the city. Game drives and overnight stays also form part of the Kenya leg, with experiences at Samburu Game Reserve, Lake Nakuru National Park and Masai Mara Game Reserve.
The itinerary is reversed upon arrival at each destination.
Emerald Cruises is represented by Cruise Vacations in the South African market. Cruise Vacations is currently offering a special for Emerald’s ‘Safari and Seychelles’, ‘Seychelles & Indian Ocean Adventure’ and the seven-day ‘Tropical Charms of the Seychelles’ itineraries. For bookings made before April 30, guests will receive 15% off their bookings, and agents will receive a 12% commission.
