Etihad’s new service to Barcelona launched on November 28. The airline announced in June that it would be launching flights to the Spanish city, in addition to its daily service to the country’s capital, Madrid.
The route is operated by an Airbus A330-200 in a two-class configuration. Flights will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. From March 31, the route will become daily. The schedule is as follows:
- Flight EY49 will depart Abu Dhabi at 02h20, arriving in Barcelona at 07h15.
- Flight EY50 will depart Barcelona at 10h10, arriving in Abu Dhabi at 20h20.
