FlySafair launches mobile app

Domestic low-cost carrier, FlySafair, has launched a new mobile app that allows users to make bookings, check in for flights, access their boarding passes, and more.

“We’ve been crafting an app for a while and now seemed like a great time to launch it because we were able to make a lot of adjustments to the features to ensure that they were relevant in this COVID-19 reality,” says Kirby Gordon, the airline’s chief marketing officer. “Boarding passes are kept on the device, which supports our No Touch approach at the airport, and live updates through the app will keep customers abreast of any possible schedule changes.”

Customers can access exclusive app-only deals, save passenger information and credit card details for instant bookings on the app, as well as add extra luggage and priority boarding when  booking flights, and get in touch directly with customer support.
