G Adventures increases commitment to community tourism

G Adventures has increased its commitment to community tourism with the introduction of an additional 25 Planeterra (G Adventures’ non-profit partner) projects into its tours by 2020. This will bring the total number of projects to 100 globally.

Some of the new projects include an agricultural community in San Juan, Costa Rica; the Shandia Community in Ecuador, which has developed a cycling tour and chocolate-making class; Nem Adom Fel Café and Bar in Budapest, which empowers people living with disabilities; the San Lodge in D’Kar, Botswana; and Ak Orgo in Kyrgystan, which celebrates local cultural traditions.

G Adventures is represented by Development Promotions in South Africa.
