Gatwick extends flight cap

09 Oct 2023
Comments | 0

Gatwick Airport has extended the flight cap it implemented following a COVID outbreak among staff, and confirmed that the daily flight cap would remain for the next two weeks.

The cap, imposed by UK air traffic control services as a precautionary measure, will now run until October 15.

According to travelmole.com, further staffing challenges have also contributed to Gatwick’s decision to extend the cap.
