Joon, an Air France subsidiary, has launched Cosy Joon – modular seats that transform into a bed or play area for children.
In some rows of four seats on the Airbus A340, two adjacent seats can be transformed into a play area or a cosy bed for two children, allowing younger customers a surface area of 105x76cm. An overlay mattress and a seat belt extension are provided by the crew.
Sixteen Cosy Joon seats are available on each long-haul flight and families of one adult and two children between two and six years old, or two adults and two children, can book them up to 55 hours before flight departure in the same way as a standard seat.
The offer is free for Flying Blue Silver, Gold and Platinum members and their families listed on the same booking file.
