Mango is urging all customer to verify their unflown tickets and vouchers by September 1 to ensure they receive a dividend payout during the airline’s liquidation or structure wind-down.
Customers holding unused Mango vouchers or unflown tickets will be treated as creditors in the airline’s liquidation or structured wind-down business rescue process. Eligible customers will receive a dividend payout representing a portion of the verified value of their ticket or voucher.
To be included in the final dividend calculation, customers must verify their unused tickets and vouchers via the official Mango Voucher Portal before the end of the day on September 1.
“With the wind-down process now under way, verification is the only mechanism through which customers may secure a dividend distribution. Mango urges all affected customers to complete this process before the deadline,” said the airline.
