Software and digital marketing company, Fuel, has launched a new online resource titled ‘Crisis Management Resources for Hotels’ to help hoteliers navigate and address issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other adverse market conditions.
The guide, which will be updated daily, includes an aggregated collection of crisis management tools, information and best-practice tips from organisations across the industry, including government, commercial and hospitality sectors. Some of these tools range from blog articles, webinars, videos, podcasts, and more.
"Now is not the time to panic, it's the time to roll up our sleeves and do our part. By using our Hotel Crisis Management Master List, hotels will be able to narrow their search to the most impactful sources and tools they need when they need them, and we will ensure the information they are presented with is current and relevant to their needs," said Stuart Butler, coo of Fuel in a statement.
In addition to the new online resource for hotels, Fuel has also co-authored The Guest Book to aid hoteliers during periods of economic uncertainty. The company will also be increasing the frequency of its hotel marketing podcasts, so that experts across the hospitality industry can offer advice to hoteliers who are faced with challenges.
