Marriott’s first Fairfield branded hotel in the Middle East and Africa region is under construction and is set to open by 2023.
The 2 600-suite Fairfield by Marriott Makkah Al Naseem property in Makkah, Saudi Arabia will be the largest Fairfield hotel in the world.
The hotel will offer complimentary hot breakfast and coffee, fitness centre and a market in the lobby that is open 24/7.
Marriott plans to add 20 additional properties, comprising a total of 6 500 rooms, across Saudi Arabia by 2024.
