Marriott is to open a St Regis hotel and resort in Muscat, Oman.
The company has teamed up with Alfardan Group and work is expected to be completed by 2022.
The St Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort will be situated on the beachfront and feature 271 luxury rooms and 170 branded residences.
Features include an outdoor pool, spa, health facilities, a leisure club and five speciality restaurants. Guests will also have access to the 18-hole Al Mouj Muscat golf course next door to the resort.
