Marriott International has signed an all-inclusive resort agreement with Catalonia Hotels & Resorts to open an Autograph Collection Resort in Zanzibar.
The new-build property is expected to open next year and is expected to feature 271 guestrooms and a wellness-focused guest experience.
Planned amenities include multiple swimming pools, a spa, a theatre, an oceanfront jetty with a seawater pool and bar, and a diverse culinary programme with a variety of speciality restaurants.
