Marriott is to upgrade the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Centre into a hotel and conferencing hub, with two brand-new hotels built into the property.
This brings to three the Marriott brand offerings in one location – two hotels and a fully equipped conferencing centre. The property will include guest rooms, executive lounges, a lobby experience, and will share the airport’s existing conferencing capabilities.
Previously occupying three inter-connected buildings with 1 008 rooms, the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Centre has been divided into a 779-room Sheraton hotel with a new Sheraton Club Lounge, and a 233-room Marriott hotel with M Club, an exclusive 24/7 lounge for relaxing, working and meeting.
Marriott expects the property to be fully transformed by the end of 2022.
