CemAir will resume scheduled services between Johannesburg and Richards Bay, from November 1.
Bookings for the route opened on July 16 and will be available across all CemAir booking platforms, including the airline’s website, contact centre, accredited travel agents, as well as through existing interline and codeshare partnerships.
“Richards Bay is a key economic hub that plays an important role in South Africa’s industrial landscape, and we know there has been strong demand for reliable air connectivity to the region. By returning this service we are making it easier for business travellers to access one of the country's busiest commercial centres while also opening the door for more visitors to experience the incredible attractions of northern KwaZulu-Natal,” said Shaniel Singh, CCO of CemAir.
The airline will offer twice-daily flights every day except Saturdays, when it will operate one daily service.
