Marriott International today announced the opening of Four Points by Sheraton Arusha Hotel in Tanzania.
The opening of the 106-roomed hotel marks the debut of the brand into Tanzania.
“The entry of the Four Points brand into Tanzania is a significant addition to our rapidly growing footprint in Africa and reflects the strong traction the brand is gaining in the region,” said Alex Kyriakidis, president and managing director, Middle East and Africa, Marriott International.
The hotel includes all-day dining, a coffee shop and houses the famed Hatari Bar, named after John Wayne’s safari epic.
Other facilities include an outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness centre and 5500 square feet of flexible indoor meeting space and gardens.
