Southern Africa has seen some uplifting scenes coming from generous rainfall this summer. This video clip of the Augrabies Falls in the Augrabies National Park near Kakamas (Northern Cape) was taken on February 9 by well-known retired hotel personality, Peter Schoeman. The flow rate at the time was estimated to be 2 000 cubic metres per second.
