Norwegian Cruise Line will launch South American cruises during the 2027-28 winter season after a two-year break during the 2025-26 and 2026-27 seasons.
Norwegian Star will offer sailings between December 2027 and March 2028 with a series of 15-and 16-day cruises departing from Buenos Aires in Argentina and Santiago in Chile.
In December 2027, the 16-day cruise will depart from Buenos Aires and stop in Montevideo (Uruguay), Puerto Madryn (Argentina), Stanley (Falkland Islands), Ushuaia (Argentina), Punta Arenas (Chile), Puerto Montt (Chile) and Santiago (Chile).
From January-February 2028, Norwegian Star will sail a 15-day cruise from Buenos Aires, with stops in Montevideo (Uruguay), Puerto Madryn (Argentina), Stanley (Falkland Islands), Ushuaia (Argentina), Puerto Montt (Chile) and Santiago (Chile).
Between January and March 2028, the 15-day cruise will depart from Santiago with stops in Puerto Montt (Chile), Ushuaia (Argentina), Stanley (Falkland Islands), Puerto Madryn (Argentina), Montevideo (Uruguay) and Buenos Aires (Argentina)
