EUROPAMUNDO Vacations,
a large coach tour operator,
has launched in South Africa.
Serendipity World Wide Group
has been appointed the
company’s GSA in this market,
effective January.
“Europamundo Vacations
will introduce a new style
of travel for South Africans
to Europe, USA, Canada,
Asia, and the Middle
East,” Serendipity said in a
statement. “The tour operator
offers a wide selection of
three- to four-star coach tours
with maximum flexibility,
guaranteed departures and
more inclusions.”
A company of the JTB Group,
Europamundo is an affiliated
UNWTO member. “Our trips
are not just to the big cities,
we also visit small towns
and isolated areas in which
there is no overcrowding,” the
operator says on its website.
In February, Serendipity will
host training workshops on
the new product in Durban,
Cape Town and Johannesburg.
