Progressive rock experience at sea, Cruise to the Edge (CTTE), will sail its biggest cruise to date on board Norwegian Cruise Line’s Jewel-class Norwegian Pearl from March 8 to 13, 2024.

The five-night charter cruise will depart from Miami, Florida, and feature performances from top progressive rock bands, artist-cruiser photo options, Q&A sessions and special theme nights.

Marillion, Steve Hackett, Flying Colors and Big Big Train will headline the cruise. Other acts include Adrian Belew, Martin Barre, The Flower Kings, Hacken, Wishbone Ash, Klone, Protocol, Queensrÿche, PFM, Airbag, and Baraka. Progressive metal group Symphony X will also make an appearance alongside Gryphon, Lonely Robot, and Claudio Simonetti’s Goblin. Additional artists will be announced in the coming months.

Staterooms start at US$1 397 (R23 909) per person at double occupancy.

The CTTE Late Night LIVE Progressive Experience will allow fans to showcase their own musical talents during four different performance scenarios with options: Late Night Live Pro Jam, Artist’s Choice, The Main Event, and Overtime Jam.

The itinerary will allow passengers to take advantage of shore excursion options with over 40 offerings in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, from exploring Dunn’s River Falls to swimming with dolphins.

In George Town, Grand Cayman, over ten different excursion options will be available,  from visiting duty-free shops to snorkelling and exploring the USS Kittiwake sunken ship.
