Photocap:It’s wine o’clock!

Soweto was a buzz of activity on the first weekend of September as visitors from around South Africa came together to take part in the Soweto Wine and Lifestyle Festival. With exhibitors from across the wine, travel and lifestyle industries, the show was an event to be remembered. At the invitation of the Gauteng Tourism Authority, Tourism Minister, Derek Hanekom, wined and dined with members of the trade at the Soweto Hotel and Conference Centre on the Saturday evening. The evening of networking provided professionals with a great platform to discuss new ways in which to promote the vibrant township.
