Members of Qatar Airways’ loyalty programme, Privilege Club, can now bid on events and experiences using their Avios points.
Through the Privilege Club platform, members will have the opportunity to attend concerts at the O2 Arena, including performances by artists such as Depeche Mode, John Mayer, Liam Gallagher and The Jonas Brothers. They can also bid on VIP tickets to FC Internazionale Milano games and Paris Saint-Germain matches, as well as for signed jerseys.
Avios replaced the airline’s Qmiles last year and as well as being earned by flying on Qatar, can also be purchased.
Qatar first experimented with this idea in August last year, allowing loyalty members to use Avios to book packages for the Qatar Moto Grand Prix.
