R560-million upgrade for Silverstar Casino

TSOGO Sun’s Silverstar Casino
in Mogale City, Gauteng, is
undergoing a R560-million
renovation, which is expected
to be completed in September.
The redevelopment includes
the addition of a 3D cinema,
six restaurants and a domed
events arena for concerts,
festivals and expos. Four
of the new restaurants will
surround a large outdoor
square offering regular
entertainment, featuring a
62sqm high-definition screen
that will be used for major
sport events.
The children’s entertainment
area will also be extended with
the addition of arcade games,
a bowling alley and laser-tag
games.
