RCI debuts beach club on private island
Royal Caribbean has opened Coco Beach Club on its private island destination, Perfect Day, at CocoCay in the Bahamas.
The club has 20 floating cabanas, 10 standard beach cabanas, an oceanfront pool and a restaurant that is complimentary and exclusively for beach club guests.
All cabanas accommodate eight guests and feature loungers, a dining area, charging outlets, a minifridge, snorkelling gear and a dedicated cabana attendant. The floating cabanas offer a slide into the ocean and an overwater hammock.
Guests must book a sailing that calls at Perfect Day at CocoCay to visit Coco Beach Club. This year, the private island will welcome 16 Royal Caribbean ships from ports including Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, Florida; Bayonne, New Jersey; and Galveston, Texas.
