Regent Seven Seas Cruises will upgrade the accommodation on its Explorer Class ships, introducing larger suites and a new suite category.
Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Splendor and Seven Seas Grandeur will each sail with a maximum of 344 suites, eliminating 29 suites per ship to provide more space.
Regent will expand the Veranda Suites to include walk-in closets, double vanities, and spacious balconies, and will measure between 34sqm and 38,5sqm, up from the previous 28,5sqm.
New Horizon Penthouse Suites, which will first debut on Seven Seas Prestige, will be added to the Explorer Class collection. Ranging from 57sqm to 67sqm, the suites feature a private balcony, separate bedroom, full bathroom and spacious living area.
Three additional Distinctive Suites ranging from 76sqm to 85sqm will be added to each ship and feature a spacious bedroom, a sitting and dining area, one-and-a-half bathrooms, and a large private balcony. The suites will be respectively named Explorer Suite, Splendor Suite and Grandeur Suite on each ship.
Upgrades will begin with Seven Seas Splendor in November 2027. In 2028, Seven Seas Explorer will enter dry dock in April, followed by Seven Seas Grandeur in October.
