SAA has appointed Aviation Services Ireland (ASI) as its independent fare audit service provider to conduct fare audits on all SAA traffic documents.
The programme began on April 1, with the initial audit cycle covering documents issued in April 2026.
SAA will audit all ticket sales, exchanges and refunds. Where an audit finds that fares, taxes, fees or charges have been under-collected, an ADM will be issued in accordance with industry standards and applicable fare and ticketing rules.
